Refund policy

All items sold by Shakeelz are made-to-order and custom produced. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until payment has been received and an order confirmation has been issued by Shakeelz. Shakeelz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund of any payment made. After this window, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds for eligible cancellations are initiated promptly and are typically processed within 5–7 business days by our payment provider.

In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Shakeelz will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a repair, replacement, or partial remedy at our discretion. Shakeelz's assessment in all such cases is final.

For items damaged in transit, claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Shakeelz will review such claims and may offer a repair, replacement, or partial remedy at our discretion. Shakeelz's assessment in all such cases is final.

Shakeelz is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
